Captain Mark Haley is the experienced, passionate owner and operator of Magnanimous Sportfishing for decades. He has been in the business since his early days when he went fishing with his dad and discovered his true calling. Now he has been successfully running this business for many years, providing customers with a unique experience that they will never forget. Capt. Mark is also certified in CPR and takes safety very seriously, ensuring that all customers are safe while on board.
Captain Mark has been fishing in Cape Cod Bay for 19 years and is now helping others to discover their passion for fishing with his Cape Cod Fishing Charter. With his wealth of experience and knowledge, Captain Haley is an excellent mentor who can help all levels of anglers, from those who are just starting to experienced veterans. Captain Mark's 26' Sailfish comfortable center console is capable of hosting up to six guests and is powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha engines. This means that you will be able to reach top speeds of 30 knots! Not only does this boat have ample space for all your guests, but it also includes a private toilet and is perfect for Cape Cod fishing.

Captain Mark will cover all fishing equipment, fishing licenses, and soft drinks for your trip. He will also clean and bag your catch for you to make your life easier. You just need to bring some snacks and you're good to go!
DEPOSIT: A deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied at checkout
BALANCE: The remaining balance is due on the trip date as either Credit or Cash.
GUEST CANCELLATION: In the event that you must cancel your booking, you must do so 1 days prior to your trip date to receive a refund on your deposit. Rescheduling is encouraged and dependent on guide availability.
GUIDE CANCELLATION: In the rare event that your guide must cancel due to inclement weather, health, or equipment issues, you will have the option to reschedule your charter for a later date or receive a refund on your deposit.
TIPPING: Tips to your guide are greatly appreciated for your quality trip.
